IMPORTANT NOTE: Since we have noticed that customers tend to overtighten the screws in the plastic elements, resulting in cracks due to excessive tightening torque, we kindly request that you avoid applying excessive force when tightening the screws. Simply pressing the aluminum part against the plastic is sufficient.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific tightening torques as they are extremely low. However, there is no need to worry about anything coming loose, as we have addressed this by using self-locking nuts, which prevent the screws from becoming unscrewed. We sincerely hope that you will consider this suggestion.
By doing so, you can avoid complications in case of potential problems and save time on after-sales activities. We wish you the longest possible lifespan for your engine cooler and happy driving.
