1. SHIPPING POLICY
Bagoros Performance uses third-party companies to execute shipping and delivery therefore we are not responsible for lost/damaged items that have been left so during transport.
If your package would to arrive damaged or lost, please contact one of the third parties which execute our shipping and delivery.

2. PAYMENT POLICY
Bagoros Performance uses the following Payment methods:
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express
To add your card details, just login to your account and click on Payment methods. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.
The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.
• If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If you pay with PayPal, the funds have to be authorized by us – you will receive an email with an order confirmation when that happens.
If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorized, it may look like Bagoros Performance has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
3. RETURN POLICY
Customers can return an undamaged item up to 14 days upon receiving the item. Shipping costs are not refunded if the item is sent back on the own will of the customer – meaning wrongly chosen product, a mistake in ordering or change of heart. If the customer receives a wrong or missing item from the order due to no fault of their own, Bagoros Performance covers the cost of shipping.
We only accept items, that have not been used and are in original condition. If the returned item arrives damaged or shows signs of usage or malpractice, we can deny the possibility of a refund.
