At Bagoros Performance we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.
Before returning any goods please read our Terms and Conditions. Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation. If the returned item arrives damaged or shows signs of usage or malpractice, we can deny the possibility of a refund.
1. RIGHT TO CANCEL
When you purchase a product from bagorosperformance.com, you have the right to cancel your order (this doesn’t stand for Austin Racing products due to their production policy) at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day after you receive the goods.
Note: If you purchased a product from a dealer, please contact them directly to discuss their terms and conditions with regard to returns and cancellations as Bagoros Performance is unable to process returns for products bought via third parties.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To receive a full refund you must follow the next steps:
- Goods for a return must be undamaged.
- Goods must be sent back in the same package as sent from Bagoros Performance.
- You need to fill out our return warranty form which you can find it here.

3. EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you. This includes the price of the returned goods. Shipping costs are not refunded if the item is sent back on the own will of the customer – meaning wrongly chosen product, a mistake in ordering, or a change of heart. If the customer receives a wrong or missing item from the order due to no fault of their own, Bagoros Performance covers the cost of shipping.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- we assume something was wrong with the order,
- if the order contains more than one allowed coupon at the same time.
