At Bagoros Performance we continually strive to deliver all our products as quickly as possible. We work with only the best shipping providers to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order.
1. SHIPPING TERMS AND DATES
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Unless we expressly agree to binding delivery date in writing, the delivery dates we give you are always non-binding. Regardless of whether the delivery date is binding or not, we are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from force majeure due to changes in the legal or official approval situation, the breakdown of machinery, strikes, and/or problems with the procurement of materials – even if this arises at the supplier’s location. In these cases, the agreed delivery date is implicitly extended for the amount of time needed to remove the obstacle. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries; the customer must accept them.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 8.00 to 16.00 CET. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 16.00 CET are processed the next business day if products are on stock.
We ship orders within 3–5 workdays after you place your order. Added to this is the time the parcel service needs to deliver your order. Please note that we have no control over delivery dates.
Orders which are backordered are processed within 8-10 business days after you place your order.
2. SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rate is based on package weight, size, and destination country. We charge per DHL published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
We need special add ons for the countries below:
- Brazil (companies) VAT nummber
- India PAN nummber (permanent account nummber)
We don’t deliver to TAIWAN due to our partnership with our dealer in TAIWAN. Please contact our dealer Steve ([email protected]).
3. IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Bagoros Performance is not responsible for lost/damaged items that have been left so during transport. Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behavior. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman. If your package would arrive damaged or lost, please contact one of the third parties which execute our shipping and delivery.
